Delivery
PREPARING FOR FURNITURE DELIVERY
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways,
stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.
SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
Once you are notified that items are ready for delivery, we ask that you take receipt of them within 30 days. At
the time of scheduling, please notify VIVID HOME of any special requirements necessary to ensure a
successful delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and
driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for
high rise and condominium buildings, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY
Our furniture item orders include delivery inside your home, where experienced service professionals will carefully
unpack and inspect each item, assemble it and place it in your room of choice. Please note that certain other
restrictions may apply. For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you closely
inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home. <
In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession,
please notify the delivery agent who will be present to mutually inspect the item with you. In case you and the
shipper agent see any damage, the shipper agent shall add notification to his bill of delivery and you shall contact
VIVID HOME immediately. In such case, we reserve the right to repair or replace your furniture as deemed
necessary.

Items Requiring Professional Assembly & Installation. Our delivery service includes bringing the package into
the home and also includes unpacking the item(s), removing packaging from the home and assembling or
installing the item(s).
To facilitate delivery, please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery. Our delivery
professionals are not permitted to move furniture or home accessories currently in your home, nor are they
allowed to move or set up electrical equipment. Our delivery professionals are solely responsible for the setup
of your ordered furnitures.
An authorized individual must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items
and sign the delivery receipt and to add any occurred damages on the delivery receipt.
In the event of any imperfection noted at the time of delivery, VIVID HOME will replace the item or schedule a
furniture medic or service technician to repair the issue at no charge to you.
