Shipping
Since we are offering only special order furnitures, note that returns or exchanges are not accepted.
In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is
otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify the delivery
agent who will be present to mutually inspect the item with you. In case you
and the shipper agent see any damage, the shipper agent shall add
notification to his bill of delivery and you shall contact VividHome
immediately. In such case, we reserve the right to repair or replace your
furniture as deemed necessary.
