FAQ's

  • Am I able to make a return?
    Since we are offering only special order furnitures, note that returns or exchanges are not accepted.
  • My item arrived damaged. Can I exchange for a new one?
    In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify the delivery agent who will be present to mutually inspect the item with you. In case you and the shipper agent see any damage, the shipper agent shall add notification to his bill of delivery and you shall contact VividHome immediately. In such case, we reserve the right to repair or replace your furniture as deemed necessary.
  • I tried to check out but my order was declined.
    Ensure that all information is entered correctly, including the billing address. If it is correct and the problem still persists, take a screenshot of the error page, email it to us and we will look into it.
  • Do you offer financing online?
    No. We currently do not offer any financing.
  • What is Lead Time?
    Lead time is our best estimate on the time from when VividHome places a purchase order with the factory to the item arriving at our distribution centres in the US. Actual times can vary depending on product availability, production schedule, and transit time. Factors that can influence the times are insufficient supplies at the factory, weather delays, port/rail congestions, and other factors beyond our control. VividHome is in regular contact with the factories and will keep you updated on any delays.
  • Does VividHome offer a warranty?
    VividHome provides a limited 1-year warranty that covers the structural components/frame in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from misuse, neglect, or abuse. Furthermore, it does not cover normal aging, wear of covers, cushions (or other filling materials), and finishes. VividHome is not responsible for the transportation charges between the purchaser (the customer) and the warrantor (VividHome) of such part, parts, or whole items as covered under terms of this warranty. In addition to VividHome’s warranty, specific manufacturers have their own company warranties. If you have a service issue, you can start your ticket in the manner that is most convenient to you – via email at service request or complete our Contact Us form. Ensure that you provide all the pertinent information regarding your issue, including full name, contact info, and if possible, sales order number. Our service department will review your ticket and contact you with next steps to help resolve your issue.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Since all our furnitures are made in Italy and shipped to the USA upon your order, we do not offer free shipping, but we do our best to offer most competitive shipping rates.
  • Does VividHome ship outside of the United States?
    Our website currently only ships within the continental United States. If you are interested in international sales, this can be discussed from case to case. We do also work with third-party freight forwarding companies to accommodate these types of sales. For more information about international sales, please contact us.
  • Can my order be delayed or rushed?
    If you have special delivery requirements, such as needing delivery delayed or rushed, you can note these requests in your order notes at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In a rare occurrence that the shipping company has to face delays due to greater force, delays will be inevitable.
  • Can I pick up my online order from one of your stores?
    No. We currently do not offer customer pick-up as an option at checkout on our website. For more information, please contact us.
  • How much will shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are determined based on your location and our manufacturers' location (we cooperate with several factories). Upon check-out, enter in your shipping address and it will determine the shipping cost for your order to your location.
